Shipping & returns.
Gum Renew is not yet available for purchase. These terms describe how orders will be handled at launch and are finalized before the first drop ships.
Processing
Orders are prepared on business days, excluding U.S. holidays. You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout before payment.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders renew on the interval shown at checkout. You can pause, skip, or cancel from your confirmation emails or by contacting us before the next renewal date.
Returns
Because this is an ingestible product, we can only accept returns of unopened product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can issue return instructions.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email hello@gumrenew.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
